Replacement cooling unit for  Dometic 1292 and 1492 Refrigerators   The letters before or behind the model number do not affect the cooling unit.  These units are manufactured at our facility in Shipshewana, Indiana.  Usually ships the next business day with Truck Freight. 

This product includes Thermal Mastic, Sealant Foam, Foil Tape and new mounting screws.     

If your refrigerator is over 10 years old, it is strongly advised to replace the heating elements, as well as installing an exterior ventilation fan to enhance the fridge’s efficiency.  An interior fin fan assists in preventing ice buildup on the fins and maintains a more consistent temperature within the fridge.
