We have free shipping to anywhere in the lower US 48 states, but we can ship to Canada and Alaska as well with additional charges. Complete the ordering form and we will follow up with a shipping quote. These orders have to be done thru email or phone since we do not offer an international shipping off our website.
All cooling units, 11 cubic foot or larger, are shipped with FedEx or R&L Carriers as truck freight on a pallet and 10 cubic foot or smaller cooling units are shipped with UPS or FedEx ground. Fiscal street address is required for all cooling unit orders. 3 to 5-day transit depending on your location.
All small refrigeration parts are shipped with UPS Ground.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Tracking numbers are emailed the day after the order is shipped. If a product arrives with damage, the customer needs to contact us immediately. JC Refrigeration does cover shipping damage, but damages need to be reported at the time of delivery.
If an order is placed for a product that is out of stock and cannot be shipped within two business days the customer will be notified, with the option to cancel the order or have the order completed when the product is back in stock.
