Complete the requested information to the right to set up an appointment with a technical support representative to do diagnostics on a cooling system that is not cooling properly.  

• Make sure the fridge is turned on the highest temperature setting and has been running for at least 12 hrs.   

• Set a digital wireless thermometer inside if those are available to you, on the top shelf in the fridge and laying on the freezer bottom.

• Keep the doors closed for at least 6 hrs. prior to connecting with us on the phone, normally within 10 minutes or so we should have diagnostic results for you.
