Each new cooling unit has a 3-year limited warranty included. No further action required. This warranty is free, and your 3-year warranty automatically gets filed when the unit is shipped out or factory installed. No further action is required. Original purchase invoice is required in the event of a warranty issue.
An additional 3-year (6-year total) factory warranty on your new cooling unit can be purchased online no later than 30 days after purchase date. A receipt will be sent back for your copy.
*Any non-factory warranties will not be honored by JC Refrigeration. Claims must be made through the issuer of the warranty.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Seller makes the following warranty with respect to the new cooling unit
#1 The three-year warranty is valid to the current owner of the RV that the cooling unit has been installed into, whether he is the original owner or not.
#2 This warranty will be in effect for 3 years from the date of the original cooling unit purchase. It is suggested that the owner retains a copy of the dated bill of sale as evidence of the date of purchase.
#3 This cooling unit is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers cooling unit, shipping to and from the owner in the 48 states of the U.S.A. *Installation labor for (90 days) after the purchase date.
#4 This warranty does not cover:
(A) Any diagnostic labor, service calls or travel to the cooling unit site.
(B) Controls or any other parts on the refrigerator. Conditions unrelated to the material
or workmanship of this cooling unit. Such unrelated conditions include, but are not
limited to;
(a) The need for normal maintenance such as cleaning the burner assembly, flue tube, top condenser fin, and the back of the cooling unit and any damages that may result in the failure to provide such maintenance.
(b) Changing roof vent cap and replacing with wrong cap, resulting in overheating.
(c) Sealant foam not been used to foam cooling unit into refrigerator box properly
(foam provided with new unit), resulting in not being cold enough inside fridge
compartment.
(d) Unit being run off level by more than 3° in a long period of time (creating blockage).
(e) Any accident to, or misuse of any part of this cooling unit, or any alterations by
anyone other than the seller or its authorized representative
(f) if fridge is in a slide out: top side vent baffling needs to be removed and a slideout fan kit to force air out the top vent needs to be installed.
(g) rear ventilation fans need to be installed to the cooling unit

#6 After proper diagnostics have been done and the cooling unit is at fault a warranty claim form will be emailed to you to be filled out and returned along with the original dated bill of sale.
#7 The seller does not authorize any person or company to create any warranty obligation or liability on their behalf.
#8 In no event shall the seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
